User Experience (UX) Research Consultant
Major Players seek a UX Research Consultant to join an established yet growing Branding Agency in central London. Starting ASAP paying up to £32k.
The client is a successful Branding Agency, 100 employees located across 2 UK locations, who seek a user experience (UX) consultant to join their insights team. The brand and design teams are well established, but in the last couple years a new insights, analytics and strategy team has been growing hence the requirement for a UX consultant. They work with clients across multiple sectors including automotive, retail and entertainment. They are collaborative, hard working and always pushing to be at the forefront of innovative techniques.
You will be working on a variety of projects to better understand the consumer, consisting of primary qualitative research and also auditing online and mobile content and usability, eCRM and social media to reveal insights to subsequently improve content, design and strategic decisions. You will be reporting in to the head of insights but will often work independently. Once established, you will be assisting in growing the team and hiring and training juniors.
You will have at least 1 year's experience within specialist UX research. You will be adept on a range of qualitative methodologies including interviews, focus groups and usability testing. Experience on other areas such as competitor analysis and desk testing methods such as A/B and multivariate testing would be desirable but not essential. You will be looking for a role that offers a broad scope of exposure and training opportunities, but most importantly you will be eager to learn and progress within a company for at least 2 years as you will be looking to work towards a management position.
