The Role :
Working in the Havas Media Groups Partnership team you will be responsible (with support) for project managing and administration for some of our key clients within Havas Media Groups partnership deals.
You will need to be organised and self-motivated, good at managing busy workloads with great attention to detail. Many of the partnerships require quick turnarounds so you’ll need to be confident in working effectively to deadlines with the client, media owners and creative agencies. Our partnerships are wide-ranging - they span all media and content production from print to TV, radio to digital and include sponsorships, promotions, editorial content as well as extensive activation.
You’ll be required to support the partnership manager in preparation of responses to briefs, including power-point presentations and written documents, as well as seeing the partnerships through from start to finish. This will require accurate and timely project management, management of multiple stakeholders and optimisation throughout the project period.
Who we’re looking for:
- Some experience within a media agency or relevant internships within the marketing and advertising industry.
- Be a confident and engaging presenter with outstanding communication skills.
- Have finely tuned project management skills and commercially savvy.
- Strong Power point skills and solid overall computer literacy
- Ability to communicate confidently at a senior level, within the agency and externally
