Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager, Newport Pagnell - Brand Recruitment have partnered exclusively with an industry-leading FMCG business to help them find their new Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager.

Our award-winning and highly respected client is currently searching for a smart, passionate and driven Brand Manager with at least 2-3 years' experience already under their belt to join their successful and lively team. Candidates must have experience working for a large consumer brand with experience marketing tangible products to specific target consumers. You will need prior brand management and digital marketing experience, with the confidence to manage campaigns across multiple platforms. As this is a strategic role which will see you leading on brand strategy and development, you'll ideally have at least a years' experience devising and driving a brand strategy for a consumer product.

As Brand Manager, you will be expected to work across the full marketing mix to deliver successful marketing campaigns to drive the brand performance, brand awareness and to increase revenue. A strong understanding of digital marketing and social media is essential, as this brand is growing its digital presence significantly and you will be expected to be a key part of that growth. You will be the in-house expert for all things social media and digital marketing, using your passion and expertise to drive the digital arm of the business to reach more consumers. You'll be responsible for creating engaging and informative content across the brand's website, blogs and social media channels and will be responsible for their blogger and influencer outreach activity, ensuring the brand is seen by the right consumers via the most successful platforms. A broad role, this role will also encompass marketing activation, POS, trade marketing, PR, content marketing, event coordination and ATL campaigns, so a strong, all-rounded background in marketing is key.
