THE ROLE

  • A Senior Account Director to take day-to-day leadership of a high-profile global healthcare client
  • Oversee the development, presentation and negotiation of cost estimates as formal budgets to the client, ensuring that costs are managed, and budgets adhered to
  • Lead the agency’s strategic and creative response to briefs, helping to evaluate in terms of quality and budget and benchmarking against objectives/KPIs set
  • Get involved in the development and delivery of stand-out campaigns which gain cut-through and drive tangible results
  • Oversee all work going through creative/studio including the delegation of specific tasks based on requirements of the brief 

THE LIKE MIND

  • Strong experience working in digital with pharmaceutical brands and clients with at least 4+ years’ experience gained in an agency or client-side marketing environment
  • Good level of understanding in at least one core relevant marketing specialism (Direct/CRM/Digital/Data/Integrated)
  • A commercially savvy individual who can drive incremental revenues while keeping a close eye on maximising profitability
  • A confident and engaging presenter with experience presenting
  • A genuine collaborator – with clients, the agency team and other partners
