Who You'll Be Working With

My client are an independent integrated agency working across branding, comms and digital. They've been growing steadily for the last few years and have just restructured their delivery team to be completely integrated to allow further collaboration and more exposure to different kinds of work. They are now looking to add a new Senior Project Manager to their tightly knit team with a real focus on the digital space.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager you will be the first point of contact for organisation and realisation on assigned projects for clients, studio staff and external suppliers. You'll be shaping the goals and constraints of a project including scoping the work, creating and managing timelines and overseeing the end to end delivery including resource management. The projects you oversee will primarily focus on bespoke digital design and build work for websites but will include some exposure to content creation and brand consultancy projects too.

You will be acting as the lead on showcase projects along with the programme management of several different work streams, taking responsibility when overseeing the work of individual account/project managers.

This agency really prides itself on its client service and this role will be a key part of that; you will be client facing from the outset, providing personable and efficient support to external suppliers. The mantra is that delivering along is not enough, clients need to want to work with the agency again and again (and many of them do!).

The final key area of the role is in supporting Client Directors and other members of the team to produce cost estimates for pitches and new client work. Being able to attend pitches and clearly represent the agency's process and methodologies is key.

You

Ideally, you'll have in depth experience of delivering digital build projects including full websites (from scratch), content platforms and the occasional microsite. You will be used helping the client define and refine the brief to ensure they are getting the best end result possible. You'll also have experience of working with the creative studio to scope the creative direction of a project and ensure resource is in place to complete it on time.

In short, this is a great chance to join a specialist boutique and deliver great work.
