One of London’s finest integrated agencies is seeking a talented Senior Account Manager to work on one of their most prestigious accounts.
This role will suit a recently promoted Senior Account Manager or an Account Manager who is looking to step up to Senior Account Manager level.
The agency are a customer engagement agency that connects brands with consumers in innovative and memorable ways. Their purpose is to help brands grow by creating stronger and more meaningful relationships that build value over time.
Their expertise covers the full spectrum of marketing and they have specialist teams in digital development, relationship marketing, retail experience, social and influencer marketing, content and production services.
Possessing an agency network in 25 countries worldwide, they work with some of the largest brands in the world delivering campaigns with global appeal.
The Customer Comms team primarily deliver email and DM campaigns, with improving mobile comms being a particular area of focus.
The agency have templated many of the core comms, meaning these can be delivered quickly and cheaply, giving the agency more time to focus on innovation.
Increasingly, they are working to deliver innovative digital projects and content-led campaigns. This requires a team who can navigate the challenges of getting this to happen!
The agency are looking for a Senior Account Manager or Account Manager looking to step up into Senior Account Manager shoes. The core team structure is as follows:
Group Account Director
Senior Account Director
2x Senior Account Managers
2x Account Managers
The team is quite flat in structure and all the SAMs and AMs report into the SAD. Each Senior Account Manager will have their own product portfolio and allocated clients which they are expected to take a lead on.
The team is supported by a group of Strategic Planners, Creatives, Designers and Studio, with a dedicated Traffic Manager and Client Accountant.
You are confident with an excellent client services skillset, ambitious with a strong passion for delivering great work.
Comfortable running smaller campaigns and keen to stretch to play a larger, more autonomous role, you have the ability to hold your own.
Key skills/competencies required:
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of core processes for campaign development across print, e-mail, web, and mobile technologies
- Good understanding of design and production best practice for e-mail, web, mobile and print
- Strong interpersonal skills and good relationship builder
- Strong organisation skills
- A desire to achieve high quality standards with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who is solution oriented and knows how to ‘make things happen’. This is really important for such a busy team.
- Takes action / decisions with consideration for both client and Agency interests
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
