Digital Services Team Lead | Digital Insights (Communities)
A leading market research and digital insights group is looking for a Senior Panel/Community Manager to come in and join their digital insights arm in a leadership role. With cutting edge technology and online solutions, they provide their clients with access to thousands of consumers and are rapidly becoming leaders of their field.
You'll join the team in a diverse role - you'll be managing several panels for clients across the group, working on projects from end to end and becoming an expert in digital research solutions. You'll also have several team members reporting into you and will also work with internal teams on things like sampling and web design.
- Educated to Degree level or above
- 3+ years of experience in market research, with online community/panel management experience
- Research project management experience and an understanding of quantitative research techniques
- Line management and mentoring experience is essential
- Excellent client handling skills
