New Business Manager - Leading Advertising Agency

This top 10 Creative Advertising agency is one of the best in the business, and their new business team / department is one of the most successful in London. They're currently looking for a New Business Manager who can come and work within the team, and lead new business across their advertising business. 

We are looking for a New Business Manager who has worked in a top creative agency environment, ideally another creative advertising agency.

As New Business Manager you'll be bright, highly strategic and creative, a great thinker and someone who has a view point and opinion.

The New Business Manager will work in a large team, you'll be supported and managed well, and an opportunity to learn from some truly remarkable people. The team is lead by a CMO, they have a Head of New Business, 3 New business directors and assistants, marketing and PR. As a team they bend over backwards to help each other and the New Business Manager will be a key player within this team. 

Their new business strategy isn't about cold calling, it's about partnerships with the intermediaries, clients and potential clients and careful management of the agency's reputation. 

We are looking for a New Business Manager who is articulate, driven and ambitious. The New Business Manager will be interested in great creative work, you'll have a good understanding of the agency landscape, and you may currently be in account management and you're looking to make the switch to a New Business Manager. 

The New Business Manager will respond to RFI and RFPs, and you'll help build and manage relationships with the intermediaries. 

The New Business Manager will keep track of all leads and help maintain the new business database. And working with the senior guys, the New Business Manager will help develop new business strategies and lead generation. 

You'll be involved in the pitch process, and learn from senior guys, and the New Business Manager will help manage post pitch analysis. 

The New Business Manager will create agency credential documents and presentations too and you'll create ongoing competitor analysis of other agencies. 

The New Business Manager will also organise chemistry meetings.
