We're looking for a natural organiser, the main cog in the wheel, the lynchpin, the go to person within a busy, creative studio of nearly 40 people! And we're looking for an Operations Manager to fill these wonderful boots!

You might have come from a background in project management, you might be an office manager and want a step up, or in a similar Studio Manager role or Operations Manager role? But it's imperative you've got experience working in a creative agency. This lot are amazingly full-on, their work is in the consumer experience which includes retail, environment and 3d design, as well as experiential, graphics, digital, film, animation. Their clients are the crème de la crème, names you'll want to be associated with, trust us!

As Operations Manager, you'll be agile, proactive, and have that natural energy and spark. This is a bit of a hybrid role, but how good is that? You'll help to manage all of their resourcing which is brilliant, because you're part of the growth of a freelance team, or helping the Project Directors or Creative Directors build their freelance support. The Operations Manager is the key point of contact for external recruiters, but internal resource.

Besides this, you'll help with key partners' diaries, new starter packs and induction schedules (this agency is growing!), helping with training + development programmes in conjunction with the partners. But you'll also help to be part of the studio culture initiatives and get people involved.

This is a busy, organised and proactive role, but a central one to this agency. They want someone they can rely on and respect, as Operations Manager, you'll be a key voice of the agency! And grow and learn yourself! They are very strong on personal development and want you to thrive.



  • 3 years' work experience, ideally in a creative agency, be that project management, office, admin or PA role
  • Experience helping to manage 1-2 employees or assistants
  • Highly organised, attention to detail, list maker and planner
  • Personable, really strong communication skills
  • Adaptible to new environments, can work with creative people
