Friendly and energetic Head Receptionist required to join our front of house team and ensure our reception is managed in an efficient, responsive and professional manner. You must have a cheerful disposition, a can-do attitude, be able to work well within a team!


  • Day-to-day supervision and management of the reception team
  • Lead, monitor, motivate and inspire the team, providing guidance and support
  • Recruitment, inductions and training of receptionists
  • Manage all holiday and sickness records and temporary cover
  • Manage the implementation of the reception rota, checking future planned absences and planning cover as and when needed
  • Oversee professional greeting of clients and visitors
  • Appraisals and performance management of staff, including monthly meetings
  • Review existing standards and procedures whilst implementing new best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of Front of House Services
  • Ongoing development skills and knowledge of Front of House team
  • Manage and overseeing the update of Company’s who’s who and telephone list
  • Responsible the front of house and making sure reception is “client and visitor ready” at all times
  • Co-ordinates meeting room bookings and catering requirements
  • Supports office services team and meeting room co-ordinator as and when required
  • Management of all equipment in reception area
  • Co-ordinates all outgoing and incoming couriers and postal deliveries
  • Making sure all records are up to date
  • Report any maintenance issues to the office services team
