Programmatic Account Manager - The Company and Perks

My client are a world leading network media agency, with over 5.000 employees globally, over 500 of which are in the UK. They have huge international clients and are now looking for someone to join their programmatic team.

This company has a flat tiered approach to promotion, meaning that the next step for you would be Account Director, rather than Senior Manager, and they move to get people promoted as soon as possible.

They're offering a salary up to £40,000 and have a benefits package which comes to a value of around £4k including highly subsidised canteens on-site, an amazing roof terrace, in-house restaurant and bar area, and much more!


Programmatic Account Manager - The Role

Your primary responsibility will be to manage set-up, delivery, and optimisation of multiple campaigns on multiple platforms. You will also provide analysis and create thoughtful recommendations - backed by data - of new strategies and partnerships that can drive performance and brand KPIs forward. As the programmatic expert for the client, you will deliver case studies and best practice example as well as being responsible for training and development of junior members of the team (both at Exec and Senior Exec levels). Client servicing will be direct on owned account/campaigns and as a support role to the Account Director.

Collaborating on the selection and set-up of programmatic technology stack including tag-management, Ad serving, brand safety, DMP and dynamic optimisation tools.
Clear understanding and knowledge of all performance budgets and how to integrate them into effective programmatic plans
Develop market leading programmatic strategies utilising the relevant technology partners
Bring insight and innovation from wider performance society and other Maxus teams to own clients
Leading the nurture and development of Senior AE's and AE's in all things programmatic

Programmatic Account Manager - Requirements

Understanding of the programmatic marketplace, relevant tools, techniques and risk management.
Experience of running programmatic campaigns, and client service within an agency environment.
Analytical skills, evaluation of key trends and client results data.
Passion for creative and strategic thinking and outstanding client service.
Communication, organisational and team skills.
