THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Due to continued growth, an exciting and fruitful opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Business & Marketing Manager to become an integral part of the team within this successful medium sized social and digital agency
  • Work with a variety of well-known B2B and B2C clients, winning new business, to own and manage their new business and agency marketing  
  • Operating as the main face of the agency as well as reflecting the values of the agency
  • There is no limits on growth and plenty of room to develop and grow internally

THE ROLE

  • New Business and Marketing Manager will develop and drive new business strategy, including target prospects and prospective clients
  • Key agency point of contact for the agency’s lead gen partner
  • Implement KIT plan with cold/warm leads
  • Develop the social and PR strategy and implement plan
  • Attend client meetings and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations with the wider agency team
  • Represent the agency’s breadth of services and expertise in the marketplace and relative to its competition
  • Ensure all business growth opportunities are capitilised on, across existing client base
  • Attendance at networking events, trade shows and industry promotional opportunities
  • Own the proposal generation dynamics and produce quotations in conjunction with the wider team

  • The New Business and Marketing Manager will be a confident self-starter who has excellent attention to detail and the ability to hit the ground running
  • Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for approaching clients at all levels to develop relationships, understand their business needs and drive project acquisition
  • Ability to proactively meet and exceed company new business targets
  • Self-motivated and able to work on initiative
  • Proven track record in successful business development
  • Ideally have knowledge and similar experience in a similar digital agency or client side
