Business Development Executive for PREMIUM EVENT AGENCY London £32,000 plus Bonus

Out client is a one of a kind Live Event Company that focuses on providing memorable and show stopping events across London’s leading venues!

We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Business Development Executive that can grow their corporate client database and their event portfolio

You will:

  • Maximize venue revenue through various streams
  • Create sales strategies which work with the business
  • Manage budgets, set prices and sales targets to deliver maximum growth
  • Expand the client base and develop creative ways to sell and grow the business
  • Develop account relationships and spot opportunities for accounts that can deliver sales
  • Knowledge of the market and be used to selling large, innovative events to clients
  • Client liaison before, during and after the events
  • Work alongside the Sales and Marketing Director

Our ideal candidate:

  • Positive attitude with excellent communication and planning skills
  • Commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Strong leadership skills, able to manage and motivate a team
  • Experience in a proactive sales role ideally in hospitality and events
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of winning new business
  • Can influence, retain and build strong senior level relationships
  • Be confident, ambitious and energetic with a persuasive manner and the ability to use own initiative
