SENIOR CREATIVE PRODUCER (LIVE EVENTS) - £45-£50K - PERM - C LONDON - B2B/B2C EVENTS

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Creative Event Producer to join a world leading agency in live event production! The role will see you working in creative but pressurised environment to deliver a good variety of high spec, live experiential projects, including B2B & B2C exhibitions, brand activations, sponsorships, PR stunts and public events.

ROLE
Working on one key automotive account, this role will see you responsible for the end to end delivery of projects from initial brief, scoping, budget development and resource allocation, right through to overseeing a project team to ensure creative concepts, logistics and technical elements are all delivered on time and to brief
Developing in depth relationships with clients, internal teams and external parties
Accurately translating client briefs and communicating to all relevant teams - logistics, production and design
Working closely with internal creatives to develop the brief and create proposals
Delivering all projects on-site, running live show elements and ensuring all crew and heads of department are fully briefed
Complex budget management, admin reporting and scheduling
Developing content both for live events and PR comms channels and working with script writers to ensure compelling story telling
Working with clients during event rehearsals, advising on live show running orders
Keeping a close eye on the financials, ensuring events are commercial


REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and experience of working on and delivering multi-agency projects
In depth knowledge of wider PR & marketing and how a live event fits in with a wider comms plan is essential
Confidence in creative proposal development and pitching live event ideas to clients of all levels
Ability to gain a really in depth knowledge of a client's brand
Experience working with automotive brands is preferred
Proven experience contributing to and developing creative ideas for global brands
Experience working on 360 Experiential campaigns and amplification of experiential projects into other channels (e.g. social)
Knowledge and experience of of content driven experiential activation
Candidates must come with a good mix of both B2B and B2C experiential event experience
Proven knowledge of all aspects of event production to include tech, logistics and digital
Excellent knowledge of branding within events
Real can-do attitude, with the ability to drive, motivate and manage teams
Ability to remain calm in high pressured environments
