We’re delighted to be celebrating our 1st Birthday this February. We’ve come a long way from the Beta launch last year, and we’re on an exciting journey in 2018 to introduce a wealth of new features to the app to build a large and highly engaged audience. The Comms Execution and Planning role is responsible for working with our Partner Offers and Rewards to achieve annual growth, margin and NPS targets. You’ll play a crucial role in onboarding new customers to the Wuntu app by planning cross-functional Wuntu promotions within the business, as well as nurturing activation rates through execution of CLM campaigns. Within this role, you will act as goalkeeper in an agile 'test and learn' environment, to bring the best digital ideas to fruition. Adopting a flexible open approach you will work closely with both external partners and internal teams to understand and deliver to business needs to achieve success.
This role owns a significant part of the customer experience and P&L contribution and therefore the person needs to be a self-starter, organised, outcome-driven and be able to deliver under pressure. You'll be responsible for engaging wider business functions and seeking their support to drive Wuntu performance via campaigns and promotions – therefore collaboration/relationship skills are key, as well as the ability to create engaging and insight driven briefs to inspire colleagues to want to support key KPIs as part of an engaged and vibrant circle team. The role will also require detailed briefings to our team of in-house designers, to develop supporting creative that is on-brand and engaging.
In addition, you'll also be responsible for the execution of CLM campaigns, namely, push notifications, emails and SMS direct to the Wuntu base to drive activation, engagement and to mitigate disengagement. Therefore, an experience of managing Marketing campaigns is essential. This role needs someone who is highly collaborative, can work in an agile way and is able to work with both internal colleagues and key external parties to make Wuntu the best it can possibly be.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a marketing campaigns role would be beneficial.
- Broad experience across the marketing mix, covering aspects of through the line marketing techniques
- Be able to demonstrate a highly collaborative mentality, managing internal stakeholders as well as external partners/agencies.
- Proven experience in helping a business deliver customer base growth through marketing strategies
- A strong commercial background.
- Some experience of working in a small start-up team / entrepreneurial business area would be a bonus.
