The Agency

Their heartland is very much packaging and innovation, but they also provide creative solutions across brand identity and communications and they do some outstanding conceptual work. They work for well-known FMCG, luxury and lifestyle brands and have a reputation for excellence.

The Account Director role

The agency are now looking for an Account Director to join the busy client services team.

The account director will have worked on leading FMCG brands, and may have some food and drinks experience. The agency work with some premium names in this area so familiarity with this market would be beneficial albeit not essential.

The agency is looking for open minded people who are excited about pushing design in new directions, are passionate about design and highly personable. 

The best candidate for account director will have a positive, can-do attitude, always ready to find the solution to client requests whatever they may be.

The account director should be highly motivated and keen to lead and inspire their internal and external teams but also happy to jump in and roll up their sleeves when needed. 

The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing client relationships and seeking business opportunities with their clients: in financial terms but also moving outside of the original scope of work by showing a real understanding of the client business as well as being excited about design in a more holistic context.

They should understand the big picture but also be attentive to the detail 

The ideal candidate will need to have some branded packaging experience; other areas of experience are very welcome in addition but packaging is a prerequisite.
