Group Account Director
In growth mode, this integrated outfit are seeking a proven account or group account director who can make a real difference to a range of FS/retail and automotive clients.
Sometimes an agency requires a different kind of animal. Someone who's been there, tells the tale but now wants something different.
This is one such outfit - born out of big agency pedigree, they've manoeuvred themselves into an enviable place but without the trappings of some of their more illustrious competitors.
Why? Because, for them, it's about quality of service, continuity and strength of thinking for an expectant client base.
It's hard to argue as in the first 3 years of trading they've secured 4 pillar clients, all where they've lead agency status.
To make this work, you have to have held a recent senior client services role within an integrated agency. There's no big team to manage and even most of the creative team work remotely so as the group account director it's even more important to show real leadership and understanding of a water tight process.
The work is broad, think TV and a full suite of brand/marketing comms with digital knitting it all together. Clients expect authority, challenge and a pragmatic approach to helping their brand stand out.
You must be prepared/relish the thought of moving away from a big agency where you've all the tools at your disposal. This is a start-up, but one with a team with 30+ years' experience so they know what they're doing.

£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits. This is a flexible role where you'll need to be able to get to the East Midlands/Nottingham area 3 days a week but other than that, work remotely.
