Commercial Director, EMEA - B2B agency - £100k + bonus and bens

About the role
- Responsible for managing and motivating the EMEA New business and Client Service teams
- Generate new business against your own individual target
- Propose suggestions to the Exec board on existing product offering
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure UK / EMEA marketing and advertising activities are generating revenue
- Attend rel event events to keep up to date with industry trends
- Develop and implement strategy to grow revenue in line with annual targets
- 12+ years experience in B2B sales / at least 5 years at Senior sales manager level
- Knowledge of the EMEA markets
- Proven success in solution selling techniques
- Strong people manager with a proven ability to manage, grow and motivate sales teams
- Ability to understand product, design or consumer issues
- Number orientated
