Reporting directly into VP of Marketing based in the US office, the role will suit someone who is very hands as this is standalone position. The successful candidate will work very closely with EMEA Managing Director and Sales teams across EMEA region. We are looking for someone that isn't afraid to collaborate with the sales team, jump into Salesforce.com and hold the team accountable for inbound and outbound activities.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Marketing Automation technologies, understand the importance of Content Marketing, and above all need to have stellar project management and event management skills.

Your role:

  • Plan and implement the tactical campaign strategy to increase demand generation
  • End-to-end management of all EMEA events inclusive of maintaining the event calendar, on-site event logistics
  • Leverage marketing technologies to measure, track and analyze marketing programs and performance.
  • Evaluate and implement personalized and contextual content for email and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing team to manage the event marketing calendar, develop new content, and execute on regional campaigns
  • Manage relationships with outsourced resources and manage marketing vendors
  • Your profile: -

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing B2B pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
  • Proven experience in writing technology based content (factsheet, whitepapers, blogs)
  • Previous full marketing mix experience gained in software or technology company
  • Experience with marketing technologies such as Marketo or Eloqua and Salesforce to generate, capture, nurture, track and report on leads, conversions, and ROI
  • Creative, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
  • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
