This award-winning brand and experience design consultancy, based in East London, are looking for an Experience Strategy Director to cover maternity leave.

This client specialise in creating branded environments and consumer experiences for the retail and leisure industries. Working with both luxury and high-street clients, as well as lifestyle and grocery brands, this is a chance to join an agency committed to generating unique consumer connections.

The role:

  • Spearheading the experience side of this agency's offering, you will support the growth of this division working closely with the Development Director and Client Services team
  • You will drive awareness of the experience offering, both internally and externally, with existing clients and new business prospects
  • You will sense-check the quality of all campaigns from your team, from brief to execution
  • Working alongside the Brand Strategy Director, you will ensure both teams are aligned on briefs
  • Working closely with the insights teams, you will ensure projects are kept on track

The ideal candidate:

  • Will be level-headed with the ability to explain complex concepts and insights succinctly and effectively
  • Will have a proven ability of taking brand strategy and adapting this into experiences
  • Will have previous retail experience in a similar agency environment
  • Will be comfortable working with and managing strategists of different levels
  • Will have experience working directly into a design team
  • Will have cross-sector experience
  • Will be an excellent communicator, proactive and an excellent problem solver
