Senior Digital Communications Manager

Our client is looking for a Senior Digital Communications Manager to look after their clients’ digital estates, web builds, social campaigns etc.
Our Client: is a London based digital communications agency who work with hundreds of clients around the world, including a vast range of FTSE100’s. They focus on producing content with strong audience insight to increase their clients’ engagement with the investor community, employees and customers and do this by combining creative excellence with powerful technology. Their offer consists of internal communications, web builds, social campaigns, apps, events, design, creative etc.
Role: In the role of Senior Digital Communications Manager you will be the key day-to-day client contact and hold responsibility for managing, maintaining and reporting on the digital estate of a vast range of high-value clients in the UK. You will report into the Team Lead and need to act as a trusted consultant for your entire client base and the primary point of contact for the internal teams and third parties. You will also be responsible for managing live campaign events, financial results days, training clients on the dashboard and CMS, running demos and representing the Service ream on potential client pitches. With this role, you’ll work closely with the production, Product Management, IT and global teams to ensure client work is delivered on time and to an extremely high standard.
Ideal Candidate: Candidates who will be considered for this role must have client-facing experience in a digital agency and able to build very strong relationships with multiple clients and stakeholders. It would a great bonus if you also have experience within Corporate Communciations/Investor Relations but you must at least have some knowledge of the Investor Relations processes and the roles/regulations involved. You must be a strong team player, extremely organised, have great attention to detail, comfortable advising clients, able to multi-task multiple projects and work well under pressure. You must also have an exceptional knowledge of various CMS and technical platforms, in particular Drupal and Sitecore, as well as be comfortable with complex backend work so you can comfortably discuss HTML, CSS and related terminology.
