DCM has enjoyed enormous growth and investment over the last 12 months and we now require a superb sales person to drive further growth and meet our realistic profit targets. The right individual will find huge job satisfaction in this role, but will also be rewarded with a highly competitive salary and uncapped bonus potential – OTE in the first year of between £80-£120k.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales with our existing customers as well as generating new business from a large universe of companies throughout the UK. Businesses not currently working with us embrace our offer and welcome the opportunity to discuss, so it is most definitely not cold-calling! The food and drink industry is an exciting place to be, where innovation and product development are priorities and successful brand marketing is essential.
But if you want this role, you will need to prove that you are the best. We need an individual with an exceptional proven track record in media sales, preferably with experience of outdoor media, but not essential as we want an open-minded and adaptable sales star. Strong negotiation and communication skills are a must, but equally important is the social likeability of the individual – this is an industry where establishing relationships and contacts are paramount to success. Your face to face presentation skills will be fine-tuned and your ability to think creatively under pressure will complete the package required for this role.
The successful candidate will be based out of our London office, but expected to be visiting clients two or three days per week and will have the opportunity to work remotely when not required to attend internal meetings, so location should not be an issue.
