Our digital sales representation division is now looking for experienced digital sales professionals to be part of the next exciting stage of our company growth plan.

Based in our Dubai HQ with GCC travel involved as part of the role, the sales manager will deal with both agencies and direct clients and be able to conceptualise and sell integrated digital advertising and sponsorship packages including branded content, video, product integrations and display.

The role involves identifying and creating your own prospect list of the right clients, growing a quality pipeline, winning profitable deals and managing your own sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships.

Primary focus will be on developing new business both through new customer acquisition and selling new applications/solutions to existing customer accounts.  Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

Essential traits:

  • Experience in developing new territories including lead generation and cold calling.
  • Ability to carry and deliver on a sales budget. Results oriented.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Energetic self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Organized and detail oriented with professional presentation ability

We’re looking for a hardworking, sociable and ambitious sales person with the ability to meet deadlines, hit targets and inspire people around them. An excellent communicator with outstanding people skills, the ideal candidate will possess:-

  • 2+ years of proven digital sales experience
  • Proven success in achieving targets and the ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge and experience in creative digital sales selling branded content, custom integrated marketing campaigns, video, social / influencer campaigns, and online display advertising
  • Arabic language skills
