Marketing Manager - SME
An exciting drinks start-up based in central London, which has seen constant growth since its inception a few years ago. They are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to head up the marketing team and drive the young brand forward through innovative strategy & development of event programmes.
As the head of the marketing team in a young business, you will be involved with a lot of different projects & activities - developing the brand across the on-trade, retail, wholesale & online channels, development of events programmes across the F&B industry, taking charge of overall marketing strategy and relevant A&P support etc. You will also be responsible for managing a direct report, ensuring their job satisfaction & professional development.
Ideally you will have 3+ years marketing experience in an FMCG environment, have experience working in a drinks or food business, with a strong knowledge of the UK on-trade. Essentially, you should have *queue buzzwords* an entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in! It's a super exciting role for someone early on in their career to head up a marketing function in a small, fast-growing business.
