UX Researcher / Consultant
This is a wonderful opportunity for a UX Consultant / Researcher, to work in a very creative and strategic digital agency, based in Central London.
My client is a well-established, creative digital agency, whose clients are huge brands within the automotive, entertainment and FMCG sectors. They provide strategic solutions from email marketing, website development, virtual reality (VR) to mobile and wearable tech. Due to growth and pitch wins they are now looking for a new UX Consultant / Researcher to join their insight and strategy and team.
Understanding user behaviour for their clients is at the heart of everything they do as an agency.
The role of UX Consultant / Researcher will be to provide support to the existing team in order to reveal insight that improves editorial decisions, design decisions and strategic decisions across all online and mobile channels.
As such to be the right candidate you'll have considerable relevant work experience, including knowledge of a wide range of UX research methods and techniques, such as lab-based field research, usability studies, usability inspections, creation of user profiles or personas, participatory design, surveys and experiment design. You'll also have experience of third-party predictive A/B testing and Multivariate Testing (MVT) tools. As well as having a clear passion for UX in the digital media space and the use of qualitative data to inform UX strategy.
