This stuning integrated agency works on some big names in the FMCG, drinks and lifestyle sector and uderstanding how audiences interract with brands is at the heart of the agency.

The Role

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you'll play a piviotal part in the development and execution of leading social media campaigns and content. Supporting on creative ideation and copywriting, the Community Manager is also responsible for content calendar planning and day to day management of the social media channels, acting as social editorial guardian to ensure highest quality management across all social channels.
 

The day to day

  • Manage all brand publishing and community engagement;
  • monitoring social channels
  •  directly engaging users and identifying / reacting to breaking news or trends
  • Identify influencer outreach opportunities
  • Support on development of content strategies 
  • Contribute to idea generation for social campaigns and creative assets;
  • Develop innovative social content plans and calendars
  • Produce social copy under brand Tone of Voice guidelines
  • Edit and proof incoming social copy from clients and third party marketing agencies
  • Advise on best use of communications and provide optimisation recommendations 

Skills:

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in creative social marketing / community management
  • Experience in social media management across the FMCG sector
  • Expert understanding of social channels
  • Experience with social listening, publishing and scheduling tools / CMS
  • Previous experience of detailed calendar planning 
  • Excellent social copywriting, editing and proof-reading skills 
  • Great presentation skillsplans to internal team, clients and partner agencies
  • Have a passion for social creativity
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
