This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join one of London's most successful, most awarded and most loved agencies... and on one of their most interesting accounts.
As Account Director you'll:
- Work closely with the client to understand key business challenges and objectives
- Manage large strategic briefs - working closely with data and planning teams - to deliver exceptional CRM campaigns end-to-end
- Work closely with creative teams to inspire, push and champion the best creative solution
- Look after a team of AE/AMs and support your GAD
- Help build a rock-solid agency/client relationship
Essential skills and experience:
- Operating an Account Director level
- Confidence (and genuine interest) in customer experience marketing and CRM channels
- Prefer working on highly strategic projects, and have previous experience working effectively with data, planning and creative teams
- Really good at running a project through an agency, including overseeing the finances etc
- Good communication and management skills
