Their ongoing success has fuelled the need to get an Operations Director on board and whip them into even better shape! Working with the account management and finance teams to help improve reporting and planning, support and advise them, facilitate such areas as training and performance reviews and of course working with their studio manager to establish the right resource levels. They have great freelancers on board at any given time.
You might currently be in an operational role, or a studio manager even, but as their new Operations Director you’ll need to be proactive, commercially astute, highly detailed, open, empathetic, collaborative, hands-on and passionate about what you do. Experience in a creative agency is a must.
