Digital Marketing Manager - Key responsibilities
This role will be integral in developing a new digital agenda for the business, designing and creating fresh multi-channel, digital communication to further enhance the customer journey. You will use digital channels to gain insight into customer behaviour sharing this information across the marketing team and the wider business.
*Devising digital strategy to drive online traffic to the website with robust Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) management.
*Strategy, planning, and fulfilment of campaigns for assigned accounts, working in collaboration with specific product teams.
*Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategy including; email, social media, PPC, Affiliate & display marketing
*Develop and implement a CRM and Email Marketing strategy whilst optimising the sales funnel and digital journey
*Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
*Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, making necessary improvements.
*Manage external agencies to support the delivery of the digital marketing strategy
*Work closely with key stakeholders to align the digital strategy with the overall business strategy.
*Define and develop a high performing digital function capable of growing the overall business.

*Proven leadership experience in developing digital strategy.
*Commercially savvy, with a focus on ROI.
*Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Highly competitive salary of £37,500 - £42,500 + benefits.
