Senior Sales Executive - Car and Accessory Trader

We are looking to appoint a new Senior Sales Executive.
The successful candidate will be highly skilled and driven to win new business to deliver revenue for the CAT brand. You will also be confident at managing both new and existing accounts. You will need to understand the aftermarket, the key players within it and keep up to date with all relevant industry news. The role is both office based and client facing. You can expect to be out meeting clients several times throughout the month. The role also includes international travel to major industry related events.
You will be working within a small, friendly team with whom you will need to develop a strong working relationship. As a result of working within a small team you will have the opportunity to learn how the business works first hand and will be able to contribute personally to strategic brand development.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can prove exceptional sales figures and account management ability whilst being comfortable working with owner/director level contacts. Working autonomously, you will need to be a self starter and key representative for Haymarket and CAT in meetings, award ceremonies, industry functions and events, both nationally and internationally.
From day one you will be responsible for selling print display, special projects, sponsorships and online packages, so you will need to be commercially astute and creative.
Your client base will include a range of parts and services suppliers, with contacts throughout the UK. As such it is essential that you hold a full driving license in order to attend events and meetings. You may be required to work outside of the set company hours in order to best represent your product. This may include weekend and evening work e.g. client trips, shows, awards ceremonies etc.
