New business wins have meant the company now needs to grow their client services team and are in need of a strong account manager…

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's existing client portfolio and the role is ideal for someone able to foster strong relationships with large corporations, creating high levels of advocacy. Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a client engagement strategy to meet agreed budgets and business growth objectives
  • Develop and maintain long-term sustainable relationships with key stakeholders within the client portfolio - become a trusted advisor
  • Utilise client relationships to identify growth and referral opportunities.
  • Provide support to the new business team and ensure a smooth transition of new business into client services.
  • Provide client insight to internal product team to develop future product capabilities aligned to business strategy
