This client is a well-known integrated marketing agency that operates in the B2B space focusing on integrated, digital, content marketing and telemarketing and if they wanted too could boast about the who’s who of clients that they currently work for. However, this agency isn’t about ego! Far from it.
Yes, they are collaborative and continue to produce some really thought provoking work that deliver fantastic results for some of the biggest tech brands out there. But at the same time when you walk around the office you can hear the echos of banter and comradery from across the studio, stretching into client services and sales. There is a real passion in what they do and seem to all connect.
It because of this formula that they have continued to grow over the past 30 years, never loosing that essence that keeps them on their toes.
Its due to this success that the current Business Development Director is now seeking another Business Development Manager with a hunter mentality who understands that new business isn’t just about phone call after phone call, but rather creating a marketing and new business strategy and targeting a precise audience, whilst researching and building relationships across multiple channels.
To be suitable for this role you will already be a Business Development Manager at an integrated B2B marketing agency, telemarketing or tech firm, who is experienced at helping to build and implement a new business strategy through classic hunter techniques as well marketing and multi-channel engagement.
This is a role for an hunter business developer – someone with b2b agency experience who understands how to deploy today’s modern marketing mix to marketing decision-makers in addition to strong prospecting and sales skills to position and credibly sell our client’s offerings and portfolio of services.
You will ideally have strong pull towards B2B and IT Tech although this isn’t necessarily essential. However, a solid understanding of how an integrated marketing agency works as well as a proven track record when it comes to success is!
In return for your skills and craft as a Business Development Manager our client offers quite an open package to cater for a broad level of experience, ranging from £40-60k plus commission and benefits.
