The Role: These opportunities are really exciting for experienced CRM and Insight Managers who have a passion for drawing detailed insight from customer data in order to create personalised and targeted direct marketing communications. Using email, SMS, social media and traditional print direct mail, you will be responsible for using an incredibly intelligent CRM system that will allow you to support regional centres with specific direct marketing activity that will drive acquisition and also engage with existing members to ensure strong retention and cross-sell opportunity. This is a full 360 CRM role including planning, segmentation, content and campaign creation plus all post campaign analysis.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies for the region
- Create clear customer journey's using test and learn methodology and use of A/B split testing
- Profile and segment customers to gain a detailed understanding and create "right message, right person, right time"
- Write engaging content for all campaigns
- Delivery of campaigns via the most effective channel
- Post campaign analysis
The Candidate: To be considered for these CRM Manager roles you must have demonstrable experience in a similar position where you have used insight to create highly targeted and personalised campaigns. Knowledge of split A/B testing and profiling is essential along with experience of managing the customer journey. You will have experience of recency, frequency and value, be able to write engaging and exciting content for campaigns and have managed the process through to post-campaign analysis and ROI reporting. A clear passion for data and insight is essential along with a strong commercial acumen where you can show a strong ROI with campaigns you have created. It would be advantageous to have worked in a B2C environment where you have had access to large volumes of customer data; would suit people from retail, leisure and travel, financial services, utilities.
