Youth marketing agency are looking for an Account Director to create engaging partnership promotions. Your chance to work with some big brands. £50K.

The company

This agency are dedicated to developing partnerships with brands to develop promotions and activity for children from the age of 10 to 24 years in full time education. Based in new offices, this is an exciting opportunity to join the team. They have their sights set on growth and expansion and you could be part of this. The team are fun yet supportive and are looking for creative and ambitious account handlers.

About the role

Reporting to the Group Account Director, this role will be supported by a Senior Account Manager in developing, leading on and delivering effective marketing campaigns. This role will also take the lead in developing the Social & Community Specialism and therefore would suit an ambitious, enthusiastic and proactive people and business manager with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships, and forge new opportunities for business growth.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An accomplished account handler from an agency background ideally with experience working on either community outreach programmes, CSR initiatives or education lead programmes
  • Interested in applying marketing knowledge and project management experience to develop marketing campaigns that deliver both brand and social impact
  • Experienced in leading high profile and dynamic multi-channel marketing campaigns for leading brands
  • Passionate about creating a positive impact for young people.

The role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Business Development
  • Identifying and securing business development opportunities within existing accounts
  • Identify and target suitable markets and brands in support of winning new business
  • Working across teams to prepare creative responses and win new business
  • Achieve targeted revenue streams, specifically in relation to the Social & Community Specialism Project & Account Management
  • Managing of a high-profile portfolio of clients and providing the senior point of contact within the agency
  • Efficiently managing all projects from start to finish to high levels of client satisfaction and profitability

About you

  • You will be an accomplished account handler from an agency background ideally with experience working on either community outreach programmes, CSR initiatives or education lead programmes
  • Interested in applying marketing knowledge and project management experience to develop marketing campaigns that deliver both brand and social impact
  • Experienced in leading high profile and dynamic multi-channel marketing campaigns for leading brands

  • Confident in the ability to convey the vision and values of the agency
  • Experienced in digital channels
  • A driver of business development
  • A strong people manager, proactively building and supporting team members in their development
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Positive, solution focused, collaborative, strategic and commercially minded
