The client is one of the most renowned and successful advertising networks with offices globally. This arm of the business is a small team who acts as a resource function to all planning departments of the wider network internationally, offering planning consulting, research, insight generation and strategic thought leadership pieces. They are comprised of planners, researchers and insight generation professionals, adept at working with vast amounts of information and data sources. They are a close knit team who often socialise outside of work.
They seek an Insight Manager to join their hard working team. Here you will be working on a variety of different research requests from the wider network planning teams across varying sectors, markets, levels of depth and duration, with varying outputs. You will work quickly and effectively to produce reports/presentations for the planning teams which will feed in to the wider planning strategy. You will also be contributing to regular thought leadership pieces which are shared online and presented to clients, and keep on top of social and cultural trends which will be posted on blogs and their social media. You will be encouraged to attend conferences and industry events.
You will have experience within a research role in an agency environment, adept on using a number of tools to generate information from which you will draw actionable insights. You will be proactive, enthusiastic, bright and eager to produce high quality work. You will be highly organised and able to prioritise workload, able to work well with the team and also independently. You will enjoy researching indifferent markets and enjoy travelling with work, and you will have excellent writing skills.
