Digital Account Manager
Highly respected integrated agency, based in London, is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their client services team, working across key clients.
Reporting into the Account Director, you will be responsible for managing key agency accounts with varying spends. You will work predominantly on web design & build, and digital comms, with the opportunity to get involved in client strategy and planning. The agency has had some excellent accounts wins recently, so you will be given the opportunity to come in and work on new accounts that you can make your own - there will be minimal legacy work. You will build strong relationships with your clients, as well as with the internal teams.
They need someone who comes from an agency-side background,. You will have worked on digital projects, and you will have a strong technical understanding off the back of this. You will be a positive, proactive and resilient candidate, with a good grasp of the commercial elements of account management. You will be strong with documentation (contact reports, planning, scheduling) and be able to show evidence of this at interview. This is a hands on role, so good strong project management skills is a must.
