Lead Internal Communications & Staff Engagement – 12 month FTC
Great opportunity for Lead Internal Communications and Staff Engagement Manager to join a leading FS company and play a key role in managing the internal communications team.
A high-profile communications role that will manage a team of 3. This role will involve ‘Change’ internal communications, staff engagement, CSR, diversity communications and Chairman/CEO initiatives.

Leading the Central Communications team and working closely with the CEO Office and Chairman, the Head of Internal Communications & Staff Engagement will be responsible for a range of communications that support the company’s vision and brand.
Day to day you will:
- Lead internal communications for the company
- Oversee and manage a team of 3 in internal communications team
- Mixture of strategy, delivery and sign off
- Working alongside HR to develop staff engagement strategy with a focus on diversity and wellbeing.
- Integrate CSR into staff engagement.
- Drive staff survey and associated action plans
I’m looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager who’s experienced in internal communications and staff engagement ideally within financial services. You will have a proven background managing a team and managed change communication initiatives. Being the gateway for CEO/chairman communications, you’ll need superb communication skills. You will have a strong interest and background in CSR, staff engagement and diversity.
