Our client is a leading global healthcare communications group who build award winning campaigns that combine science, strategy, creativity & technology. They are expanding and looking for high calibre Account Directors to join them to take overall ownership of their accounts, ensuring the meeting and exceeding of key goals in respect of client satisfaction, business development, profitability and staff performance.

As the face of the Agency, building an excellent rapport and natural chemistry with clients will come easily to you. You will ensure that clients receive the highest individual attention and that all projects are delivered on time, on budget and on brief.

You will lead and inspire your team to deliver an efficient, effective and profitable service; understanding the nature and needs of the client's businesses.

You will provide consultation on key strategic communication ensuring contextual suitability, exceptional creative work and industry-first innovation and quality in all
campaigns.

Numbers pose no problem to you - you will lead the forecasting for your accounts, you'll manage the client's budgets and oversee day to day financial interactions to ensure good financial health. You will be responsible for growing the business, leading your team in pitch activity, whilst continuously driving organic growth.
