About the role
You will own the planning and execution of all email and customer contact for all brands. You will also be responsible for the delivery of traffic targets and loyalty retention/growth activations. In addition you will be accountable for the delivery of revenue from CRM activity and creating retention campaigns, encouraging segmentation and audience strategy in aim of increasing lifetime value.
You will have a thorough understanding of customer retention and ideally a background within loyalty. You will have excellent project management and organisational skills, be an innovative thinker and fantastic execution skills. You will also have used Adobe campaign.
