Qualitative Focused Research Manager | Advertising and Communications | Midlands | up to £35k + £5k relocation fee

Ever wanted to turn your hand to an insight role within an ad agency? Looking for a role in the Midlands area?

We have an opportunity with a global advertising agency in the Midlands who require an experienced Research Manager to hit the ground running to join a growing team within their strategic function. The role will focus mainly on qualitative methodologies but you will also have the chance to work on quantitative elements as well.

A lot of your work will involve exploring possible brand and comms strategy options to feed into the design and advertising team, giving you a chance to be very creative on this front. In terms of clients you will have a nice balance of the global giants and smaller mid-sized companies giving you an opportunity to get your teeth stuck into something which represents an entirely different challenge. As the main point of contact for your clients you will be exposed across the full project cycle and have the chance to really take ownership for the work.

An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in research and have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You must have moderated groups and have experience with on and offline methodologies. They welcome someone with a great track record in painting a story through insight and a genuine passion for understanding brands is a requirement!
