Digital Marketing Manager- B2B
I'm looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Manager who'd be keen to join a high-profile association within investment/sustainably to enable the organisation to have a greater understanding of their audience's digital interaction with their content and digital campaigns.
Unique Association who 'champion' responsible investment. They work with financial markets and economies to support the environment and society, enabling investors to understand implications of 'wider' investment decisions. They produce a range of business intelligence; publications, articles, content, events. They offer a highly collaborative working environment and put great store by personal development and being a 'great place to work.'
Reporting to Head of Publishing and Digital and working alongside 2 x content writers and a digital brand manager you will help to build the Association's understanding of its audience across digital platforms. You will put forward recommendations on how the organisation should market themselves digitally and how they could leverage their content more effectively.

- Generate ideas to better connect with key audiences and how best to market itself digitally.
- Conduct systematic analytics across digital platform; tracking, analysing and reporting user data, using Google Analytics and on a per-user basis through CMS, mining and modelling data from web products, email channels, social media and CRM database.
- Drive traffic to content platforms, determine success criteria and evaluate results.
- Optimise website using SEO, email communications and social media accounts.
I'm looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who has a demonstrable experience of analysing and exploiting user data across multiple digital platforms in a B2B environment. You would have significant experience of Google Analytics across web and social media. You'll have knowledge of core and emerging SEO principles. You'll be comfortable working with CMS and email marketing platforms. You will not need to be able to write content but you'll need to able to understand what 'good content' looks like. You'll be highly personable, understand the bigger picture and really want to make your digital mark.
