Marketing & Event Executive
A brilliant opportunity to work for a leading, highly creative 'search/headhunting' agency that recruits in the technology world in a stand-alone event and marketing role based in Central London.
Highly respected and creative headhunting firm that specialises in technology and works with the leading technology companies are looking for an event and marketing specialist to support their B2B events and thought leadership content/communications. They're looking for a marketing and event executive who's confident to work autonomously and take ownership of a number of tasks. This is not a strategic marketing role it's much more about events/marketing communications delivery.
Typical duties would include:
- Managing social channels.
- Updating website content.
- Writing and coordinating press releases.
- Managing customer and client case studies
- Organising company blog.
- Organising eight breakfast seminars per annum
- Organising invites/RSVPs
- Collating feedback
- Identifying and managing speakers
- Booking venue/facilities
- Manage quarterly client drinks/entertainment
- Manage one large sponsored event.
You are a highly personable, organised and capable event and marketing executive who understands targeted B2B thought leadership activity. In your previous event roles you would have gained some experience within marketing communications i.e. written/produced content for website, organised marketing collateral, pulled together presentations. You will be experienced at managing B2B networking, breakfast briefing/seminars/client entertainment events. You will be happy to work under your own steam and want to have ownership of your own projects. Great role, great company. They'll are looking to interview ASAP.
