One of the top online payment companies in Central/ East London is looking for a talented Digital and Print Designer to join their growing inhouse Brand Design Team. You will be a vital part of this creative team as you will be helping to develop the company’s new rebrand and ideation across their marketing and communication projects. They are looking for someone who can be creative and deliver work across their digital, print, motion graphics and event touch points.


  • You will be working on projects from concept through to final delivery and producing designs for brand marketing.
  • Be able to bring designs to life across a wide range of projects from websites, digital, print, adverts, events and videos
  • Work alongside the Creative Director, Senior UI Designer and other team members taking briefs and delivering compelling, fresh creative output
  • When the team grows you might be responsible for overseeing and guiding the work of Junior Designers and interns
  • Creating and encouraging conceptual exploration with the team on a strategic level including; brainstorming, sketching and verbalising ideas
  • Ability to explain and substantiate design direction and respond to project challenges.
  • Create design solutions and visualise through sketching and prototyping
  • Ability to plan, work and manage your own time and deliverables
  • Be up to date with the latest design trends, techniques and technologies
  • Support the Brand Design Team in providing end-to-end in-house creative design solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members, stakeholders and cross-functional global teams
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Experience working with and creating brand guidelines

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years design experience in an in-house or agency environment - previous experience within the Financial/ FinTech sector would be great to have
  • A keen interest in and excellent understanding of branding and marketing communications
  • Experience working with and creating brand guidelines
  • Experience delivering and inputting on strategically led creative work
  • Detailed understanding of the digital and print project life-cycle
  • Excellent visual communication, art direction, storyboarding and visualisation skills
  • Ability to manage your own time and handle a variety of multiple tasks and projects simultaneously across several work streams
  • Ability to work independently and within a team as required
  • Excellent Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Ability to plan, produce and coordinate activities for internal presentations
  • Experience in and comfortable delivering work across digital, print design and motion
  • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes and site maps
  • Be a problem solver and know how to explain design concepts and the decisions behind your work
  • Superb attention to detail, can produce documents to a professional standard
  • Self motivated, positive attitude and clear communicator 


  • Very good using Sketch and Adobe CS; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Prototyping tools; Axure, Invision, Flinto
  • Microsoft Office or Keynote
  • Experience in motion design, specifically within After Effects 
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS would be a  bonus
