I need to find an awesome Group Account Director. You will be accountable and able to add strategic input into the business. Working very closely with the Managing Director and Client Director you will be integral in the future of the business.

The agency:

This award winning mid-sized agency has some excellent brands tucked under their belts. You will be responsible for a group of key accounts but please don’t think this is a maintenance role. You will know how to develop and maintain effective relationships by being regarded as providing quality full funnel marketing consultancy services. As well as understanding the importance of helping your clients grow and developing business where you can.

The Team:

Your team, your responsibility. Create a truly engaging and supportive culture while driving, motivating and coaching your team to achieve all that they can.

A true professional with great commercial acumen: You will have a strong understanding of the lifecycle of the process and be able to forecast accurately, negotiate contracts, maintain develop and grow relationships.

In return for your experience and leadership skills our client offers a competitive salary ranging between £60-65k plus benefits. However there is wiggle room should you have relevant client sector experience.
