Senior Creative Producer (Experiential)

£45,000 - £50,000

We are working with an independent and global creative agency for a Senior Creative Producer based in their central London office. You will be expected to be able to translate the brief, scope the project and allocate the necessary resources and budget. This person will be responsible for bringing all creative show elements together including but not necessarily limited to digital, lighting, sound, physical and content.

The Senior Creative Producer will supervise the project team, to ensure all work delivers against objectives and surpasses the clients’ expectations. You will be expected to be able to work closely with relevant logistics, design and production teams and third party suppliers in developing timelines and running projects. Being able to interpret client briefs and ability to communicate strategy to a wider team whilst being able to lead the creative production process, often across several events simultaneously. Being able to show that you’ve worked closely with clients on content development, providing continuity for compelling story-telling within the PR communications channels

Experience required:

  • Experience working on 360 experiential campaigns and integration of experiential projects into other channels
  • Experience and proven understanding of PR communications
  • Experience of content driven experiential activation
  • Experience working across a range of industry sectors and multiple types of experiential projects, including B2B and B2C events/exhibitions, brand activations, sponsorships, PR stunts and public events
  • Good knowledge of technical, digital and logistical aspects of production
  • Good understanding of branding and communications within events
  • Must be able to communicate well and build relationships with clients and other departments
  • Have confidence and the proven ability to communicate face to face with senior management
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively manage a portfolio of projects at one time
  • Demonstrate successful onsite management and delivery ensuring projects reflect the brief and meets client/brand objectives
  • Sufficient experience to take sole responsibility for delivering events projects
  • Can write accurate and timely reports as well as briefing internal teams
  • Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage budgets
  • Capable of generating and implementing revenue generating ideas
  • A positive, can-do attitude along with the ability to work across a wide range of projects, often to tight deadlines
  • Intelligent, ambitious and highly motivated team player with a commitment to quality and professionalism
  • Must be able to travel internationally
  • Fulfilling the role in compliance with company policies and procedures
