This is a unique opportunity to head up the film & entertainment unit at this boutique digital creative content marketing agency in central London. Well established and growing, but small and collaborative with a lovely culture, this agency already has a good base of film and entertainment clients and is looking for an experienced film and entertainment marketer to continue building and growing this workstream for the agency, both organically and through new business.

You may already be agency-side running film and entertainment clients as a Business Director or Senior Account Director or you may be client-side, working as a  (Content) Marketing Manager for a film or entertainment client, but either way, you will have good experience of promoting brands / film releases / artists / games in this sector through a combination of digital advertising, apps, content creation, social placement, influencer campaigns and ideally publicity and PR.

In this role, you would lead a team of 5 people and  play a key role in the agency management team, with plenty of scope for growth and personal development.

Business Director / Senior Account Director Requirements:-

−    A minimum of 7 years of agency or client-side experience 
−    Strong experience in film marketing – both digital and publicity
−    A good network of film industry digital media contacts
−    Experience and understanding of social content campaign planning and delivery
−    Experience of planning and running influencer programmes
−    Experience of delivering digital advertising campaigns
−    Experience of traditional PR and potentially junket campaigns
−    Confident in defining KPIs and measuring campaign performance 
−    Ability to help define the role digital and publicity can play as part of a broader integrated comms mix
−    Thought leadership regarding marketing in the film sector
−    Motivating team leadership skills combined with a willingness to “muck in” where required
−    Senior gravitas combined with an open, collaborative style
−    Excellent communication / presentations skills
−    The warmth and friendliness required to fit into a small, tight-knit agency
