The client has been around for nearly 10 years and fast became one of the most successful and prestigious agencies in its space. They are small in size but due to continued success and wins of globally recognised clients, they continue to grow in number and in turn seek a strategic research manager to join the team. They are innovative in their approach and use of varying research method in which they generate data from children, youth and families, and also the means in which they share the relevant data with the clients, using face to face presenting, reporting, portals and other tech platforms. They are at the forefront of understanding Gen Z and kids culture, a great time to join the agency in this current age. The team are friendly, close knit & collaborative in their working, and all share the same passion for their area of specialism.
They seek a strategic qualitative researcher at research manager level. You would be an integral member to the team, leading on a breadth of international projects and also supporting senior leadership on larger projects. You would be overseeing all aspects of projects end to end from proposal writing, international fieldwork and moderation, and analysis, debrief writing and presenting. You will be covering a range of qualitative methodologies including focus groups with children, identifying thoughts and behaviours of those niche groups for large global clients across tech, entertainment, FMCG and more.
You will have at least 4 years' experience within the research industry and at least 2 years of exposure to working on projects within youth culture and family research. Ideally you will have experience working on international projects. You will have a passion for this space and thrive on being an expert in an area where research and knowledge is highly sought after by top name global brands. You will have the desire to become a leader and an expert within youth & family research. You will be adept in using a range of qualitative methods and be strategic and innovative in your approach. You will be energetic, friendly and driven and enjoy working in a close knit team.
