Group Account Director/Business Director CRM
- We are looking for a Group Account Director with first-class UK agency experience gained in a large integrated CRM/Customer Engagement agency.
- This large agency regularly wins awards for the creative work it develops and has a reputation which is second to none for a best in client service department, insightful planning and strategy team, a supportive and inspirational senior management team and a friendly, open and inclusive agency environment based in a fabulously designed and well planned building in central London.
- You will have a large London CRM or Customer engagement agency background and will be well versed and schooled in DM/CRM marketing and know the discipline inside out. The power of harnessing data insight with brilliant ideas, beautifully crafted and executed will be the kind of thing that gets you out of bed in the morning.
- Your large agency experience will have been gained across a mix of integrated cross channel experience including print and digital communications.
- A natural client person, you must be able to demonstrate your ability to manage a large team. The clients are treated as partners and you will inherit a superbly run piece of business upon which you can further your career and make a name for yourself.
- Working with the agency MD and senior leadership team, you will be a major part of this agency's continued success and growth plans. This is a bulls eye opportunity for someone looking to consolidate your agency experience, but you must be able to prove that you have the right skills, background, attitude and leadership qualities to grab their attention.
