Are you a CRM expert, interested in leading the International CRM strategy for one of the UK's most loved e-commerce/retail brands? The business has had some fantastic success in recent years internationally and are now heavily investing in this area, starting with a Global CRM Manager.

As the Global CRM Manager, some of your accountabilities will be:

  • Lead the development and direction of a CRM strategy
  • Further develop and innovate the CRM roadmap to drive a best in class programme
  • Grow the active customer database through customer lifecycle strategies and retention programs
  • Drive, support and manage the CRM executive to ensure all campaigns are built and executed correctly
  • Devise, develop & manage key trigger campaigns across all relevant channels
  • Use customer data to deliver valuable insights to the wider team

Skills required:

  • Experience working in a CRM role within retail or consumer marketing environment
  • Excellent analytical and numerate skills / interest in understanding and questioning data
  • Self-motivated, well organised individual, who can work effectively within a team
  • International experience is not required however, it is of course advantageous
