Senior Account Manager
Senior Account Manager needed to add to the growing team of this retail environments and experiential creative agency in Shoreditch. They need a Senior Account Manager who has proven experience working in 2d and 3d graphics, retail and environments and ideally an understanding of the customer experience. Experiential plays a big part in what they do, and they are brilliant at translating what we as consumers want from a retail environment! And digital and interactive plays a huge part in this too.
They are rocking their field and gaining respect and notoriety in spades. So, it’s a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Account Manager, probably with 5+ years’ experience. You’ll work with designers, interior designers, architects, UX, digital and strategists – rubbing shoulders, collaborating and learning heaps!
They’re 35 strong in London, with another large office in New York. They have oh so tasteful studios with a vibrant culture - they work hard but they play hard. They have a solid structure and processes in place, and it’s needed because they’re working with some seriously big names in the world of retail, global financial services, luxury and consumer as well as more corporate sectors too.
What do they do exactly - this is the clever part. Through expert strategy and design, they help to develop ‘retail experience masterplans’. It’s a very rounded offer, not just the look and feel of a space, but the whole communication and experience within that space, from staff behaviour models and engagement plans to consumer behaviour and response, looking at the future retail vision, to full implementation of environments across 2d and 3d design, through to graphics, interactive, film, digital comms. There’s a lot going on but it’s brilliant!
Plenty of room for growth and progression, they want you to succeed and you’ll be part of a team of 6 others in client services.
Essentials for the role are:
| Experience in retail & environments, or 3d, events etc
| Understanding of the 'consumer journey', 'customer experience'
| Some digital knowledge always preferrable
| Excellent client servicing skills, relationship builder, communicator
| Eagle eye for detail and can manage budgets from £250k-£2m
